What is the shipping policy? 

We offer free shipping on all U.S. & Canada domestic purchases. So you can shop for as much or as little as you’d like without worrying about hitting a purchase minimum. 

Can I track my package? 

Absolutely. We will send a confirmation email when your package has shipped and, inside that note, will be your tracking number. 

What can I do if my package is lost or damaged? 

If you have issues with your order, please contact our Customer Care Team at customercare@vochgala.com, and we’ll sort out a solution for you.

I'm having trouble placing an order, what do I do?

If you're having trouble purchasing from vochgala.com, please contact our Customer Service Team on email and we'll be on hand to help you throughout the order process. We're open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (excluding bank holidays). Please provide details of the issue you are experiencing including information about what device (Laptop, iPhone etc) and browser (Google Chrome, Safari etc) you are using.
